Welcome to Holen (“Holen,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a pet-focused check-in and memory tracking application designed to help users document daily moments with their pets through photos, mood tags, and calendar-based records. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Holen application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using Holen, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
Holen is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who do not meet these requirements.
Holen provides tools for recording and visualizing pet-related daily activities and emotional memories. Through the Service, users may:
• Create calendar-based pet check-ins with uploaded photos and mood tags
• Track overall check-in activity, including total recorded days and consecutive check-in streaks
• Generate monthly calendar wallpapers based on recorded mood entries and activity history
The Service is intended to support personal memory keeping, habit tracking, and emotional reflection related to pet companionship.
You are solely responsible for all content and information uploaded through the Service. By using Holen, you agree to:
• Upload only content you have the legal right to use
• Ensure your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Use the Service responsibly and lawfully
You agree not to:
• Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful material
• Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
4. Content Ownership and Usage Rights
All photos, mood tags, and records you upload or create remain your property.
By using Holen, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and display your content solely for:
• Providing calendar and check-in functionality
• Generating wallpapers and activity summaries within the app
We do not claim ownership over your content.
Holen may store your uploaded records, generated wallpapers, and related activity data to support history tracking and visualization features. Users remain responsible for managing and saving important content when necessary.
All rights related to Holen’s interface, design, visual systems, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service
• Modify or create derivative works from the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
• Accuracy of generated summaries or streak calculations
• Continuous availability of features
• Permanent storage of uploaded content or wallpapers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holen shall not be liable for:
• Loss of uploaded records or generated content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Outcomes related to reliance on tracking or summary features
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate this Agreement
• Your use of the Service is deemed unlawful, harmful, or abusive
You may stop using Holen at any time.
We may revise this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
